Due to continued expansion and growth, our client is seeking a new HR Manager to join their HR team in Crawley. This client is most certainly at the "top of their game" in their capabilities and product, making it a world leader in the market.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing a 1st class HR service to its employees of circa 150. This role is very hands-on and will require management of all HR operations within the business, together with the design and delivery of strategic objectives working in partnership with the existing HR Manager and the Senior Management Team.
Ideally, you will have been working already at Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager level, with experience of being in a varied, broad, all-encompassing HR role, and experience of handling at times sensitive complex situations and helping employees with any life events and any challenges the business may face.
The ideal person would be CIPD Level 5 (or aiming towards) and an energetic person, who is willing to work hard to make a difference and bring new HR ideas to the business. You will also have had exposure to working in a medium sized company, and be used to a diverse workforce of all backgrounds and capabilities. This role has lots of opportunity to display your professional worth, and overtime, you will be given the chance to develop your career in line with the business. The salary is £40,000 - £47,000 + really good benefits (Pension, healthcare, life assurance, holiday). This is a strictly a full time role between 8.30am - 5.15pm only.
