CMA HR are working with a growing organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire who invests in their people and is currently looking to recruit an HR Manager to relocate to their overseas offices. Supporting a team of 5 and reporting to the Head of HR the purpose of the role is to drive business objectives into strategic plans and manage relationships with senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership - setting objectives for the team, succession planning and recruitment
- Strategic planning - supporting senior management and looking at engagement, organisational design and talent planning
- Performance Management
- Employee relations - investigations and advice, analysing trends
- HR Compliance - leading projects, implementing policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on setting up procedures and working with line managers at different levels of the organisation. You will have experience in an HR Manager role promoting and influencing the people development agenda, committing to the values of the business and development of the team and organisation.
