Permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager for a company based in Newtown Powys.

This is an HR Generalist role

Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Significant experience in operating in a senior HR position
Proven experience of leading HR Project workstreams
Proven R&S experience (large scale & diverse roles)
HR legislative undertstanding/knowledge
Proven experience in advising on complex ER matters (grievance, disciplinary,performance management, absence etc)

Personal Qualities:-
High level of influencing and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised, adaptable and flexible
Positive and proactive
Resilient
Business focussed

Professional Qualifications:-

CIPD Qualified

Hours are full time Monday - Friday,
