HR Manager

CMA HR is working exclusively with a leading IT business based in Fareham, Hampshire to recruit a HR Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This role is to continue to grow the HR function and support line managers to enable them to manage their teams in a people focused business. This is a time of exciting change for the business which has plans to grow and invest in its people!

Our client recognises the importance of the contribution its people make to continuing business success therefore the aim is to create a proactive HR function that will help managers to drive further development of people practices across the business.

- Develop and implement HR policies and processes to enable business growth;
- Co-ordinate training and development needs across the business;
- Own end to end recruitment cycle for the business;
- Provide coaching and support to guide employee development;
- Manage annual employee benefits renewals.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a generalist background, ideally from a standalone role within an SME environment, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
