A successful global entertainment business is recruiting a permanent HR Manager (stand alone) in their South West London offices. They are a fast growing business and offer a fast paced and dynamic working environment.
Your new role
This HR generalist role will be involved in all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle, including provision of professional employee relations support/advice. Your role will be responsible for providing first line advice and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policies, performance management and employee development. You will also be responsible for HR related administration including ensuring company policies and employment legislation are adhered to. You'll be working closely with senior managers building strong working relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with experience and the ability to provide sound HR advice. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of employment legislation and possess interpersonal and strong networking skills with the ability to persuade and influence. Candidates will have strong organisation skills and excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to to engage with stakeholders of all levels.
