We are working with a third generation family run business, who have grown significantly in recent years, they are looking to strengthen the team with the appointment of a HR Manager. The business has two main trading divisions and the role will cover both sites and manage all employee relations, HR policies and procedures and ensure the delivery of the HR plan.
Responsible for business recruitment.
Develop HR related training modules / courses for managers and supervisors.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (level 5 or above).
You will be a HR generalist working with food and fresh produce.
Have experience of managing a HR team.
Be up to date with current employment law and ACAS Code of Practices.
Good communication skills
Excellent IT skills
