HR Interview Coordinator

This large City based International bank have an urgent requirement within their busy Recruitment Team to be considered for this role applicants must have acquired extensive interview coordination work experience within a large financial institution. Duties will include:- High volume interview scheduling and coordination using centralized recruitment calendar, Liaising with Reception and PA’s to book meetings with senior managers. Complex diary management. Liaising with international HR contacts in order to organise and set up video conference interviews from the London office. Maintaining, updating and providing upon request Excel spreadsheets and vacancy trackers. Liaising with agencies to arrange interviews with external candidates. Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies, and direct/employee referral candidates. Supporting and assisting with the coordination of Recruitment and wider HR events. Strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills are required as is familiarity with HR databases/applicant tracking systems. REF: DMB
