A local leading HR Consultancy are now,, due to continued growth and development, in a position to recruit a CIPD Level 7 Qualified professional to provide generalist HR support and drive the development of their L&D / Training function.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing Generalist HR support to their clients in various industries including but not limited to hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, construction and services. You will work closely with the consultancy Director and Senior HR Consultant to drive forward the L&D service offering to the hospitality industry and network with organisations to understand their training needs. Travel across the UK may be required to service these clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Level 7 Qualified or be possibly working towards the Level 7 Qualification with the equivalent level of experience. You have experience working within hospitality and have a strong network in the hospitality industry. You are hard working, you are driven and you are passionate about delivering a high level of customer service to your stakeholders. You possibly have experience working in consultancy.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will join a highly successful HR Consultancy that have reached capacity due to continued growth - you will be given accountability for leading and building relationships with your clients, driving the business forward. As this consultancy continues to grow you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and work within a high performing team.
