12 month FTC - HR Business Partner, Corporate or Financial Services / Banking background
I am keen to speak to experienced Generalist HR Business Partners who are available immediately or at a short notice period (4 weeks maximum).
The intention is that the HRBP would not have a dedicated client group, but instead would operate as a "float" across BP teams to bolster resources; covering for periods of absence or when projects/ workload volume is particularly high.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive and proven professional HR generalist experience, preferably gained in the financial services sector
- Graduate (minimum degree) in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent experience
- CIPD or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Experience of operating with excellent judgement in a demanding client facing role
- Strong partnership, influencing, problem solving and client orientation skills to enable positive engagement with stakeholders
- Skills in facilitation, counselling and mediation
- Change management, succession and workforce planning and talent management experience
