HR Business Partner

My client, a forward thinking, innovative leader in their field are looking to recruit a dedicated HR Business Partner to work closely with the management teams.

You will be responsible for developing a robust People Plan with the managers to support the commercial activities of the business with involvement in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, training, engagement and reward.

You will be responsible for;

  • Making suggestions and improvements to improve ways of working
  • Leading on broader change projects, including managing consultation redundancies as required etc.
  • Providing support to the Head of HR and Management Team in developing and implementing proposed organisational changes
  • Ensuring the people impact is managed effectively and efficiently throughout the change process to deliver the right outcome for the business
  • Developing and delivering the cultural and organisational change required to create a 'One Team' approach, whilst using the engagement survey results to effect changes and improvements
  • Working with managers to effectively manage ER cases and ensuring the managers receive the relevant training to confidently conduct disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and any performance management cases
  • Employee Engagement - supporting the function to maximise the effectiveness of the Employee Communication Forums and individual reps
  • Identifying recruitment challenges, liaising with Resourcing Team to co-ordinate campaigns to hire talent
  • Developing an effective succession plan, talent pipeline and completion of PDPs
  • Analysing HR KPIs to identify trends with relevant escalation and follow through with line managers and action plans where appropriate
  • Employee Engagement - supporting the function to maximise the effectiveness of the Employee Communication Forums and individual reps
  • Coordinating the monthly payroll data submission
