Your new role
You will operate as a strategic partner to senior management and their teams, developing a thorough understanding of their business plans and HR issues to ensure that workforce requirements are identified and delivered in a timely fashion. You will support across employee relations, organisational change, health and well-being, organisational development and will work with unions where relevant. The role supports multi site across the Leicestershire and Northampton area.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience operating in a business partnering capacity in a large complex organisation. You will have worked with unions and be able to offer a full generalist operational and strategic service to your stakeholders and be adept at managing complex employee relation issues.
What you'll get in return
An interim contract of c3 months paying £40,000 - £48,000
