HR Business Partner job in London paying £200-£280
Your new company
You will be working for a charitable social enterprise that aims to improve community services across London. Although the charity has several offices across London you'll be based in their Head office which is located in Woolwich, Royal Arsenal. At present, the organisation are currently preparing for the new GDPR legislation, and therefore require a HR Business Partner to help them with this process.
Your New role
As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for assisting with the GDPR Audit. Importantly, you will be required to review, and rewrite all relevant documents. Additionally you will be designing and delivering training & communication programmes to upskill the current HR team. Furthermore, you may be required to review other services and services across the organisation, and this will also involve assessing policies & procedures, and employee contracts. This is a full time role for a period of 2-6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with solid working knowledge of policies and procedure displayed thorough experience of researching, writing, and reviewing polices. Additionally, you must display working knowledge of current employment laws as you'll be required to review and update policies. As an individual you must be able to demonstrate the below: Show attention to detail Outstanding Stakeholder engagement You must be CIPD qualified, hold a degree, MA or BA.
As an individual, you will be personable, and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
