The opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client’s expanding team with the purpose of ensuring all employees are performing to the best of their ability and are highly engaged within the workplace. It’ll also be your responsibility to ensure that talent is retained ensuring that the treatment of employees is ethically sounds and complies with relevant legislation.
As and when required you’ll also provide support to the HR Advice Centre and will be willing to get hands on in day to day activities. This position is working for a multi-site business and you must therefore be prepared for frequent travel covering up to 20 sites across the South of England.
If you have prior experience at a similar level with strong employment law knowledge we’d love to hear from you! Candidates will hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, or be studying towards Level 7 currently. Any experience within the NHS or Healthcare industry would be highly desirable.
