The Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our transforming HR function. Your main focus will be assisting and supporting our MI & Reward Analyst. You will assist with upcoming projects and have the opportunity to strengthen MI reporting and governance within HR.

You will be required to produce and maintain organisational and HR performance reports, ensuring quality, consistency and accuracy. You will assist in data cleaning, data quality and process development in preparation for the new HR system. You will support in the maintaining of data integrity and hierarchies within multiple HR operating systems.

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate that has relevant experience in a HR, Management Information System or HR Information System environment, as well as the desire to progress and develop in this area of expertise.

A good level of knowledge and experience in applying IT, in particular the development of reporting capability, querying and analysis tools and their application. Experience of Cognos reporting tools would be an advantage.

You will have good analytical skills which will enable collation, measurement and interpretation of data. Good interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to rapidly establish credibility and develop constructive relationships. Experience of working to tight deadlines, involving input into key project timescales, is crucial.

A good level of competence in standard Microsoft Office software packages (advanced Excel) and experience in the application of PMO style software e.g. MS Project, Visio and SharePoint. Experience of using data connections and macros is desirable but not essential.
