Hospitality Operations Manager, c£35k (negotiable) South East England / Home Counties
Fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join this leading Conference Centre provider located in the South East of England following a reorganisation within the operations teams. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will be experienced in leading multiple teams providing guest facing services (catering, accommodation, facility and hospitality management) and will take responsibility for motivating and managing teams at this large residential conference centre. You will take responsibility for ensuring that high levels of guest satisfaction are achieved by delivering outstanding hospitality and service. You will develop within the organisation and staff a passion for quality and excellence by setting clear targets and achieving high operational standards through effective team working. In addition to day to day operational accountability, play an active role in seeking innovative ways to further develop the business and shape future success and a major contributor / influencer to the strategy of the Senior Leadership Team, establishing the organisation as the UK’s conference facility provider of first choice for Christian groups. You can demonstrate empathy with Christian ethos and ideals and can also demonstrate several years’ experience in an operational managerial capacity within the hospitality industry (100+ bed hotels, conference centre) or possibly a multi-site senior role across a smaller hotel chain, private health or military environment, as well as the commercial knowledge to work within defined budgets to deliver business targets. The role will be based in their Conference facility (personal /family accommodation may be able to be provided) and the successful candidate is offered the opportunity to be part of the succession planning for the organisation. A genuinely fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the leading edge facilities for this organisation with a growing income in excess of £6 million. Salary dependent upon experience up to £35,000 + benefits (negotiable for the right candidate). Full clean driving licence required and ability and willingness to use own transport for work.
