Job; Head of Partnerships - London & REMOTE

This company partners with ambitious non-technical founders and support them with tools, expertise and scale to build highly successful technology companies. In the last 4 years with their unique part cash, part equity model they have built 22 companies with a combined value of £130 million. They are now raising significant funding to scale their business across the UK and beyond. As part of this expansion drive, they are looking for a passionate Head of Partnerships to drive lead creation and sales through offline channels.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Developing opportunities and qualifying these into sales
  • Setting up new channel partners (from members clubs and co-working spaces to VC’s and Accelerators), pitching company services and case studies to them and overseeing on-boarding processes
  • Organising and supporting events with partners to drive lead generation
  • Seeking out 3rd party partners for founders they work with and facilitating business between them
  • Attending industry events and driving partnerships with them to create speaking opportunities for yourself and their wider team
  • Forming and running offline competitions to drive lead generation
  • Maintaining relationships with channel partners
  • Implementing channel marketing plans
  • Working closely with their CEO on converting partnerships into sales
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts within partner organisations
  • Monthly reporting on KPI’s within channel partners
  • Working to sales and revenue targets as set by their CEO
  • Giving feedback to their marketing team on successes of sales promotions
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners, thinking creatively on potential partners
  • Working on cross selling opportunities within their organisation
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals e.g. running a specific campaign with an Angel group to drive new founders to their company
  • Driving an offline presence of their company within startup ecosystems
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Educate partners about their company’s framework and complimentary services offered
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business
  • Stay current with latest developments in startup ecosystems and competitor activities
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns investor evenings and other promotional activities

You will;

  • Ideally have a black book of contacts within the tech industry from accelerators and incubators to VC’s and Co-working spaces
  • Have previous experience driving channel sales and partnerships ideally within an agency business or an accelerator
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Be driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
  • Understand lifecycles of a tech start-ups

Other Stuff;

  • £’s; basic fully DoE up to approx. £80k + a healthy incentives package + benefits,
  • Location; Old Street, London with a flexible option to work from home/remotely on Mondays/Fridays,
