Head Chef - B&I - North Cambridge area - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
My client is a leading contract catering company who provides high quality dishes to a variety of clients.
An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef with strong leadership skills to join this exciting company within a B&I unit. This company have a reputation for providing great food and a quality service to each and every customer.
You will be a key member of the team, ensuring each site you are covering is managed effectively in the absence of the onsite manager. You will have a full understanding of the entire catering operation, manage the teams in a motivational and effective way and to prepare creative and delicious meals, ensuring the service provided exceeds customer and client expectations at all times.
You will be catering for 300 staff, providing traditional fayre, street food, hot & cold desserts & hospitality.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Head Chef with experience catering for similar numbers, can produce delicious, well presented food and have strong management skills.
Working Monday to Friday, Hours 6am - 2.30pm.
