Head Chef Required for award winning gastro pub on the outskirts of Henley upon Thames

Want to work in an award winning restaurant group and write your own menus....?

Looking for Head Chef to run fantastic unique gastro-pub. You'll have run a busy kitchen in a restaurant or pub. You'll know the ins and outs of costing a menu, stock taking and health and safety in the kitchen. You will know how to get the best out of your team, making sure everyone knows who's doing what, when and how. You know all about seasonal menus, changing your ingredients and updating dishes. A clean and tidy kitchen.

Your head will be full of ideas about how to tweak the menu to keep regulars happy and come up with dishes that will bring in new customers. You know exactly how to put your stamp on the menu and you just want to get into the kitchen and give it a go.

Requirements

  • Extensive fresh cooking experience
  • AA Rosette experience
  • Previous experience as head chef in a busy gastropub / hotel

Excellent Benefits: upto £38,000 plus upto £6,000 tips + upto £6,000 bonus.
