A Head Chef position is available at a popular restaurant located in Kent
A coastal restaurant that offers Bistro style dining is seeking a Head Chef to work underneath the Executive Head Chef. The kitchen has autonomy on the menus as Head Chef you will have an input on these although some popular dishes remain on the menu throughout the year. This is a high volume operation which due to its location is very busy during the summer months so needs a chef who can organise the team and ensure that all chefs are capable of performing when working under pressure.
A Head Chef who has experience leading a busy, fresh food kitchen is required to take on this position. The role needs a chef who can control the kitchen costs whilst leading from the front and ensuring that the department runs smoothly whilst producing high numbers of covers.
