Our client runs one of Europes leading and most exclusive 5* Red Resorts and are currently looking to appoint a Guest Relations Manager to join their team.
As Guest Relations Manager you will be a professional and efficient point of contact for all guests and members of the club. To ensure that guests receive the highest standard of service and cooperation at all times, whilst ensuring the smooth running of all areas in both the Mansion and Pavilion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a 4 or 5* fac ilities. You must be confident, engaging and a problem solver.
