£23,000-£26,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
This leading financial technology executive search and consulting firm deliver a range of services on a global scale, with offices in over 30 different countries including England, Germany and across the US. Their trialled and tested business model with a strong focus on team morale and employee independence has earnt them multiple Global Top 20 executive search firm rankings. With a desire for continuous growth and expansion, they are currently looking to recruit five recent university graduates, to be trained as executive search consultants at their London offices with an immediate start date. They offer the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, competitive environment meaning candidates will have a variety of responsibilities. Employee targets include monthly expenses paid lunches to top London restaurants, gym memberships and extra days of holiday. With a competitive starting salary of £22,000 for recent graduates, combined with a generous commission structure that can be accessed from day on, successful employees can expect first year OTE of over £43,000.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
You will be conducting primary and secondary research with the purpose of market mapping prospective candidates. You will then be shortlisting appropriate candidates and organising meetings for them with clients. It will be your responsibility to build on and maintain the current company client base through a variety of means such as phone calls, emails and attending networking events. You will also be required to conduct ongoing research into your sector to remain ahead of competitors.

Educated to Degree level (2.1 or above) OR have significant experience in a research based role.
