General Manager with accommodation for Unique Boutique Hotel in North London - Finsbury Park N4
We are looking for a General hotel manager to take full responsibility of the operational departments in our 25 room London boutique residence.
To lead and inspire our young, successful entrepreneurial and dynamic team.
The hotel offers a variety of services and facilities and is now ready for the next level of expansion, growth and branding.
We offer a high quality service with friendly colleagues in a family environment to give the guests and our team the best possible experience.
Reporting to the Director, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a solid level of hotel operations and an excellent understanding of revenue management and to possess the skills and personality to provide strong leadership alongside the director and assistant manager to take the establishment to the next level.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring required standards of cleanliness and presentations in guests bedrooms and public areas are maintained according to the hotel’s requirements
The smooth running of front and back office
Recruitment and training
Providing a high-quality guest experience in a relaxed but efficient environment
Inspiring and mentoring the team
Assisting, setting up and overseeing the new F&B department
Ensuring all hygiene, health and safety requirements are complied with.
Purchasing for operations
Maintain budgets, accurate forecasting and management of P&L’s
You will be hands on, taking full control of the business, leading the hotel by example and driving the business forward
Be accountable for the overall hotel operation
Analysing and implementing revenue strategies to ensure maximum return
Advising, planning and creating marketing strategies
Having regular updates with the director with regards to growth strategies and improving colleagues and customer experience
