An exciting opportunity has arisen for a First Line Support / Service Desk Operator within our growing IT Team in Shrewsbury. This is a great opportunity to join a very well recognised firms in Shropshire, Herefordshire and North Wales.
Providing IT support to our several offices, this role will suit someone who has had previous experience in a first line support / helpdesk role or someone looking to start their career in an IT related role. Although previous experience is not essential as full training will be given, you must have a keen interest and understanding of IT and windows operating systems, and how to troubleshoot them and be quick to learn.
You will be expected to provide an effective, high quality, responsive, customer orientated and professional IT helpdesk - first line support service to everyone within the firm. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to thrive in a busy, yet focused, environment.
