New permanent Finance Assistant role available in Bournemouth in an accounts support capacity.
Your new company
An independent and friendly organisation is looking to welcome a new permanent Finance Assistant to their lovely offices based in the Bournemouth area. They are a tight-knit and welcoming workplace with a reputable brand and convenient location accessible by busses.
Your new role
You will be providing support to the finance function reporting into the Finance Manager in key tasks and other administrative duties where required.
- Processing and posting invoices
- Chasing and receiving payments from clients and suppliers
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries in a sensitive and timely manner
- Petty cash
- Assisting with year-end accounts
- Preparing reports for management staff
- Credit Control
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a keen eye for detail and be meticulous in achieving a high level of accuracy. You will have a keen problem solving mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels of the business, internal and external alike. You will have experience in a similar role working autonomously and as part of a team, and also be able to multi-task when needed.
