Our Finance department has a new opportunity within our growing Insurance Commissions Investigation team. If you enjoy working with numerical data, solving problems, and have a natural curiosity to find solutions, then this is the job for you!

Based in our offices in Basingstoke, just 10 minutes’ walk from the station, this role would suit candidates who are happy to manage their own daily tasks, whilst working as part of a team, within the Finance department.
Full training will be provided.
This position involves resolving both simple and more complex Life Insurance commission and Life Insurance policy queries. This includes investigating the issue and taking responsibility for identifying the reason for the discrepancy. Part of your investigation may involve speaking to Insurers to gain more information and help you resolve the issue, so a good telephone manner is essential.
You will need:
• Analytical mind with strong numeracy;
• Great problem solving skills and logical thinking;
• Good communication skills and telephone manner;
• Fastidious attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Excel;
• Desire for personal development and learning;
