About the Role:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our 915 department.
The purpose of this role is to offer full support to the Buyer in developing a product offer that meets customer requirements and maximises sales and profit opportunities. This is a great opportunity to develop as an Assistant Buyer and will require you to manage BAAs and also an opportunity to buy a product range with support from the team. As an Assistant Buyer you will be responsible for ensuring the critical buying path is achieved and that order management and sampling processes run to schedule.
As one of our Employee Relations Advisers you’ll bring your expertise to provide trusted and accurate advice to our people and leaders. You’ll coach and advise our leaders to confidentially manage their employment relationships, being able to quickly switch from advising on a change management programme to considering the best route to informally resolve a grievance.You’ll review and analyse our ER data to provide insights for our business areas as well as advise on application and interpretation of policies.
Required Skills and Experience
This role can be based either in our London or Weymouth Office. There will be travel involved to the alternate location for a couple of nights in a month.
