This is a a new ER Advisor opportunity working with a leading organisation based in Reading and would suit someone who is able to start immediately
This ER Advisor will be working in an employee relations team and deal with high volume cases which range in complexity, therefore this position requires someone with an excellent knowledge of employee relations issues ranging from disciplinary cases through to dismissal's
To be considered, the successful employee relations professional will be able to handle working in a fast paced environment and be able to manage the whole ER life-cycle.
So if you have excellent customer service skills coupled with an excellent knowledge of employment law and employee relations then this could be the opportunity for you.
