Emerging Talent Admin Team Leader
Fantastic opportunity to join CMS as a Team Leader in our Emerging Talent administration team. This role is a hybrid vacancy and the successful candidate will work from home 2-3 days per week.About CMS

About the Role The Emerging Talent Administration Team Leader is responsible for the effective day-to-day coordination and efficient delivery of the team's tasks and responsibilities and the supervision and performance management of the team members The Emerging Talent administration team supports the delivery of the firm's Emerging Talent programmes, which attract, onboard and develop our Trainee Solicitors, Solicitor Apprentices and Emerging Talent programme participants.Responsible management of the team, including regular 121s and performance appraisals.Work with Advisors and Managers within Emerging Talent to ensure the delivery of regular tasks. Support the Talent Acquisition & Support Manager with relevant projects as required, including the implementation of Workday. In addition to line managing the team, the postholder will also complete some admin processes alongside the team.

- Experience of working within a busy HR administration role.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Supervisory experience including setting and managing performance against objectives.
- Experience of supporting Emerging Talent attraction and development programmes
