Early Years Practitioner

Eyears are urgently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to work at a successful day nursery in Lichfield. For drivers a secure car park is available. They are recruiting for a few roles which are permanent either full-time or part time and offering the opportunity for temporary work if you are looking for something a little more flexible.

The nursery caters for children from 0 - 5 years and aim provide high quality childcare in a caring and secure environment and following the Early Years Framework. Children attending the Nursery have a wide range of experiences as they move through the Nursery. All activities are planned so that they are age and stage appropriate but always ensuring that everything is done in a fun way. Outside play is very important to them and proudly have our own Forest School on site.

The successful applicant must have:
• Level 3 in childcare

Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with parents to offer ongoing support
• Providing a safe and stimulating child-centred environment
• Supporting other team members whilst taking instructions from centre leaders
• Encouraging child development through activities and play
