E-commerce Key Account Manager - Mobile Devices

Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group wants to grow its presence in the Smartphone market and this position plays a key role in our growth plan - this is why we need you to join our team!

In Lenovo you will:

• Develop online sales of our customers to reach the online growth ambition while defining a clear customer strategy
• Directly manage our European Key Accounts (Amazon Europe) and support country team units
• Implement the online strategy & digital marketing plan with key regional e-retailers through balancing the short term business results and a long term sustainable business model
• Support the team with pricing and promo strategy for the online customers while maintaining alignment with the local markets
• Build mutual long-term relationships with the regional e-retailers (e.g. through joint Business Plans)
• Lead Digital Transformation for online channels
• Improve the Online Mental Availability of our Brand through the online customers working with the developed digital strategy and roadmap (including Digital Media Best Practices (Reach), Content Initiatives (Engage) and route to market.
• Collaborate with the global/local sales & marketing teams to leverage the online physical availability through developing specific offers

This job is definitely for you if you have:

• 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role or senior sales role preferably from the IT or Electronics industry
• Knowledge of e-commerce, online sales and digital strategies
• Willingness to go extra miles when in contact with customer and experience in driving strong customer partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mind with the wish to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent English, knowledge of an additional languages is useful
