Reporting to the Principle, this role provides efficient and effective management of the Academies Finances, Estates, Health & Safety, and IT. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Lead the Finance and IT teams as well as management of the on-site estates team.
*Preparation of the annual budgets, management accounts, and statutory accounts as well as presentation to trustees.
*Strategic Financial Planning
*Management of the Academy Trusts Budget
*Produce an effective business plan focused on new ways of income generation
*Maintenance and efficient operation of the trusts multiple sites and facilities.
It is essential the successful applicant is a fully qualified (ACA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) accountant with experience operating at this level in an Academy trust. It is also essential that you have managed/lead other areas of corporate services with in these academies.
This role could also offer the opportunity to go permanent in the future.
