About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, self-starter that will be a key player in building a successful department here at our head office in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.

The successful Candidate will be working within the UKI Marketing function to recommend, cerate, develop, execute and manage both internal and external integrated digital marketing campaigns in support of a team of Marketing Managers and the wider UK organisation.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the Arjo UKI digital vision by creating producing, managing and measuring the efficacy of all UKI digital platform content.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager will own and manage the creation, development and publication of all digital marketing content for internal and external digital platforms in close collaboration with the marketing director, marketing managers, clinical and training manager, medical directory team and graphic designer

The role will also provide support in the creation, development and execution of the Arjo UKI digital marketing strategy whilst ensuring alignment with the Arjo Global and EMEA Brand and product marketing strategies.

This is expected to include the following core responsibilities:

  • Recommendation, creation, development, production and publication of digital campaigns including content creation, design, delivery and analysis

  • Ideation of suitable content to maximise Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Liaison with UKI marketing, clinical and sales teams to ensure appropriate, relevant and scalable digital assets for new launches, product lifecycle updates, and campaigns

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of digital marketing platforms including Arjo UKI intranet, email, Hubspot, social media and website content.

  • Track and measure digital campaign performance through detailed analysis via CRM system and present findings to marketing teams and senior management

  • Report on web and social trends and draw insights to inform business opportunities

  • Develop collaborative working relationships with UKI marketing, global marketing and communication teams


  • Demonstrable working experience and a strong capability in digital marketing execution including content creation, marketing, campaigns, SEO, SEM, on-line advertising, social media and website management

  • A highly digital mindset with the ability to develop blogs, written content and video media

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyse digital campaigns, draw conclusions and make recommendations

  • Prior creation and management of digital content using bot Mac and Windows devices.

  • Prior knowledge within the healthcare environment would be a distinct advantage


  • Expertise in on-line project management and inbound marketing

  • Working knowledge of content management system publishing and editing e.g. wordpress, HTML5, SEO

  • Salesforce, Hubspot, episerver
