The Digital Marketing team is responsible for the delivery of our B2C offering and digital marketing activities across a range of B2B clients (within the travel, health and automotive sectors).
What we expect of you
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing UK and Ireland digital team, and further develop the organisation’s digital expertise. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will execute and further develop the conversion strategy for our Direct brand and products (travel insurance, car warranty and breakdown services) and for a range of B2B clients.
Working closely with the rest of the digital team (acquisition and retention) and our in-house creative department, to ensure that you not only achieve your personal targets but also contribute to the achievement of the overall department targets, your main focus will be to manage and further optimise our E-commerce websites. You'll be confident using web analytics to identify areas that will improve the online Customer Experience, whilst increasing online sales, conversion rates and enhancing the customer journey.
