Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced registered general nurse to act as the deputy manager on behalf of a 70 bedded nursing home based in North Liverpool.

This home is part of a private health care company with 3 nursing homes in the group. They specialise in caring for the elderly and younger adults with mental health conditions, physical disabilities and learning disabilities.

Our client is looking an experienced senior nurse to work up to 37.5 hours per week. Your hours are negotiable and flexible as they include supernumery hours. While on shift you will be responsible for over seeing all staff and running the day shift, delegating tasks to junior staff and care workers, reporting to the manager and taking change in the managers absence, on call duties plus the occasional weekend shifts, completing and updating audits and reports, medication management and making sure all residents receive high quality care.

The salary for this role is negotiable and will be discussed during your interview and you will also receive following benefits:
