You will be responsible for managing the collection of information and data from clients and the subsequent presentation of this data in accordance with established international processes and regulations. You will ensure that deadlines are met and that the highest possible standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
In addition to your service delivery responsibilities you will seek opportunities to engage with the team on a regular basis to discuss the service and the wider issues affecting clients and the difficulties they may face. You will analyse data to show swings and trends and use various tools to check and improve the accuracy of international data whilst observing and evaluating implications of changes in legislation and possible future regulations.
You will be highly numerate with proficient IT skills, preferably advanced in Excel with excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to spot and solve problems and to deal with large quantities of technical information.
You will have excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills and you must be diplomatic, professional and enjoy and be effective working individually and as part of a team. You will be able to multi-task and have the ability to remain calm whilst handling a number of simultaneous tasks.
You will have a full UK driving licence and your own transport, you will have a degree and be an excellent communicator. Consideration will be given to fresh graduates with some experience who want to build a career with a first class, forwarding thinking company. There are very substantial opportunities for advancement.
The salary is £18,000 to £20,000 per annum (depending entirely upon experience and skills) plus general company bonus which could add up to another £2,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits.
