Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor 6 Month FTC

Hej du! Are you a Danish speaker with a background in customer service? talentdesk has an opportunity for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join a leading software company in South Cambridge. This role is responsible for solving customer issues and training customers in the use of the software. Your day-to-day duties will include:

-World-class support of customer service inquiries from the Danish-speaking market

-Managing the customer records and database

-Generating leads for sales support

-Making outbound calls as needed

The successful candidate will have an excellent standard of both Danish and English, customer support or call centre experience, and good IT literacy. Previous experience with technical support is an advantage. This role offers excellent scope for progression, and many Customer Service Advisors go on to join the sales, training, and marketing teams.
