- No experience required as full training is provided, but you will need to be confident, self-assured and resilient.
The Job Role
Working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading household appliance brands, we are looking to grow our team of expert Customer Service Advisors. With full training provided, you will handle first line complaints from customers whose appliances have stopped working. You will resolve their technical difficulties, troubleshoot problems and book engineers where required. Delivering a world class customer experience is key, and as part of this you will offer eligible customers a protection plan to provide piece of mind for the future of their appliance. You will handle second line complaints from customers who may not have had the experience they expect from the brand. An engineer may not have turned up, or a spare part may be delayed - your role is to resolve the issues that you can for the customer, or explain clearly why you can’t.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, proactive, resilient and patient. You need to be able to build good rapport with customers and stand firm when handling complaints. This is a challenging, yet rewarding role with a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Pay: £7.48p.h (£7.93 over 25) + Uncapped Commission. OTE £16’000-£19’000
Monday- Friday between 8am- 8pm Sat & Sun 9am- 5pm on a rotation basis.
Full Time Hours 37.5 and Part Time Hours also available.
