We are currently recruiting for the Business & Customer Services Manager will be responsible for all operational activities relating to Sales and Customer Services & administration. This role will be reporting to the senior management board.

The successful candidate will be required to work help drive customer services standards & continue a proactive selling approach with regards to sales and customer services.

They are looking for someone who has strong people development skills.

The role will also work closely with the training manager to ensure they deliver a consistent approach for all of the business services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve targets.
  • Increase sales through customer services teams
  • Seek out and present new opportunities revenue generating projects to be managed internally
  • Create & roll out planned initiatives to improve customer service awareness throughout the operations teams
  • Work to improve department efficiency's and promote awareness of company, departmental and individual team member goals.
  • Develop & train the team so that they have the motivation and skills to deliver the required high level of performance.
  • Maintain focus on delivering a high standard of customer service and drive a philosophy of continuous improvement across the team.


  • Sales driven and results orientated
  • Self-Starter who is keen to achieve KPI's.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
