Customer Service Specialist French Speaking

Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support Division are currently working with a highly established client, who are well known within their industry. This client is extremely reputable and has established a leading position in the consumer products market.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the account management of a customer base in France there it is essential you a fluent French speaker. You will be responsible for the order management from entry to delivery, query handling, and communication.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a reliable and diverse individual, approachable, proactive and maintain the high level of customer service this client is known for.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Account management; from sales order, to delivery and dispatching of invoices
*Manage customer claims such as, picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies
*Handle customer enquiries and customer requests
*Continuously liaise with the warehouses for receiving returns and the shipment of orders
*Act as a point of contact for the Sales Team; providing support with documentations, reports and data as requested
*Take responsibility for the defective and seasonal returns
*Issue credit notes
*Maintain the Oracle database
*Liaise with other departments, such as; Finance, Supply Planning and Marketing accordingly
Key Skills Required:
*Fluent in French and English
*Strong and effective communication skills
*Previous customer service experience
*Previous experience working with Oracle database
*Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Strong commercial awareness

*Knowledge of Export procedures and documentation
