Fantastic new role for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a well established team.
Our client is a successful distribution and logistics company who have recently relocated their customer service function from London to Kings Hill, Kent.
They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to help support the newly recruited Kent team of 4 Account Managers.
Key tasks will include excellent customer service , on occasion face to face but more normally over the phone, email etc. Ensuring deadlines are met and that the customer is kept happy with the service at all times. Monitoring of staff performance, appraisals and training.
We will be looking for someone with a proven track record in client services and potentially in management of a team as well.
