Your Duties

You are responsible for CSD department and managing CSD team,
Training and mentoring of Customer Service Advisors,
Leading by example as a role model for the Company House rules, as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Proactively supporting the Customer Services Deputy Supervisors in ensuring continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Cover CSD team members’ inboxes and orders in their absence
Completing tasks as directed by the Operations manager
