Customer Service Executive

Salary: £20,000-£22,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Post Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join an extremely successful family run business based in Wetherby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orders processing and Order Reconciliation
  • Resolving Telephone enquires
  • Monitor Shipments and Tracking orders
  • Manage Back Orders and advising customers when in stock
  • Managing Call of orders
  • Sending Post Daily
  • Entering Rep Visit notes onto CRM
  • Follow up email to thank customer for time with Rep
  • Quote Follow up and management of pipeline
  • Weekly Pipeline Report
  • Cross selling and advising customers of weekly offer
  • Preparing customer information packs, mail outs and eshots
  • Company Data Management
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Quote Creation
  • Book Rep visits and create and manage rolling visit diary
  • Display Stand and Brochures follow up

You must be able to use SAGE 50, Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word. The person my client is looking for needs to be someone who is comfortable working on the phones and is Pro Active in their approach. This role has no cold calling involved, all the client’s you will be liaising with are from the existing database.
