Your new role
You will handle inbound calls from customers dealing with their queries and resolving their issues. You will be using multiple internal CRM systems to log data and record information. You will be dealing with telephone queries, email and live chat queries working in a busy call centre environment. You must be available to work one weekend day a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous telephone based experience dealing with customers and resolving issues. You will have the ability to build rapport easily and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You must be able to work as part of a team and also individually and work in a busy office environment. You must be immediately available for interview immediately and to start soon after.
