The Mitie24seven helpdesk provides 24/7 support to client organisations based across the UK and receiving and logging requests from these clients and international clients.

Customer service role includes;
* Answer and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and in accordance with guidelines.
* Provide excellent customer service to meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers
* Understanding nature and priority of customer’s issue through effective questioning and listening skills
* Respond to emails within given guidelines/timeframes.
Looking to recruit a passionate, customer focused candidate to join our customer service team who meets the following criteria;
* Previous customer service experience required
* Facilities management experience preferable, but not essential
*·Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
* Excellent PC knowledge - Excel, Word, email
* Enthusiastic with positive "cando" approach
* Accuracy and attention to detail
