gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client based in the Wrexham area. They're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis for nine months to cover maternity.

Pay & Hours of Work

  • Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:15pm)

  • £18,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Ensure KPI for incoming calls is reached

  • Proactively manage the account ensuring that old orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately to opticians

  • Liaising with CS Section Leader and ASM to ensure that all complaints are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner

  • Communicate product/service/promotions prior to launch

  • Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received

  • Through Teleformation (or similar) actively encourage non-active customers/potential customers to begin spending with the business

  • Proactively keep up to date with both the company and competitor product and service offer

  • Ensure that fax orders are input on the same day

  • Responsible for ensuring that error accounts are cleared daily

Essential Skills

  • Experience of dealing with customers and problem solving

  • Strong organisational skills

  • PC literate

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Focused, self-motivated and pro-active

  • Willingness to go "the extra mile" and the willingness to learn new skills

  • Able to work as part of a team whilst also individually
