JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an exciting customer service / account manager role available due to internal promotion!! The role is working for a very successful software company who pride themselves in providing a first class product and customer services.
Duties to include:-
- Provide hands on customer service to clients via the telephone
- Client management
- Delivery of online training to clients
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Logging all data on the client management system and using Salesforce
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be a real team player.
This is a fantastic opportunity working for a small and successful company.
Salary £20,000 - £25,000.
