The vacancy is in the position of Customer Service Administrator to support our existing team.
Candidates must be confident and have excellent communication skills, as well as being well organised.
Candidates should also enjoy problem solving, and have a good eye for detail and be self motivated.
Experience is not essential and training in company products, procedures and systems will be provided.
The role involves
• Taking and managing incoming customer enquiries & problems
• Customer communication via phone and e-mail.
• Liasing with our Service Providers to give quick and efficient response to customers
• Arranging exchange & installation of faulty appliances.
• Problem solving

The salary is in the region of £17,290 - excluding bonus’s, we offer 23 days paid holiday and a company pension scheme is available.
