*This role is offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis*
Duties will include:
-Contacting existing customers
-Carrying out service reviews
-Logging information and sending correspondence
-Flagging if scores are too low
-Contacting Line Managers for further action
-Following up service reviews to ensure complete customer satisfaction
-Liasing internally to ensure training is given correctly
-Reporting any issues
-General administration support
-Previous customer interaction - Call Centre/Retention etc
-Excellent communication skills
-Confident telephone manner
-Ability to give constructive feedback
-Good IT skills
This role does require a 5 yr checkable history - with no unexplained Gaps. Acceptable gaps include; Job Seekers, Education and other - if can be traced with paperwork for other reason.
