THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are looking to recruit a Customer Service Account Manager to join our unique, forward thinking distribution business based in Chesterfield. Established for over 18 years, the company has continued to grow from strength to strength, positioning themselves as a leader within their industry.

THE JOB:

The key focus of the Customer Service Account Manager is:

  • Sales order processing and tracking
  • Query and credit processing
  • Completing paperwork and documentation to meet necessary compliance requirements
  • Process customer returns
  • Preparing bespoke quotation
  • Provide expert knowledge on products and services
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Carry out related task across all customer service functions, when and were needed to support the company business plan

THE PERSON:

Joining an existing team, you will be confident and enthusiastic, demonstrating an exceptional telephone manner. You will have the ability to build rapport effectively with colleagues and clients alike, ensuring tasks are completed to the agreed service level.

This is a fast paced role, which requires someone who is able to work on their own initiative, picking up all tasks easily and efficiently.

To be successful in the role of Customer Service Account Manager you will have experience of working in a customer service role, managing customer accounts and order processing.

  • Salary - £18,000 - £21,000pa
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, 1 hour for lunch
  • Close to the M1, just off Jct29
  • Free parking on site
  • Modern, open plan offices
