In this continued period of growth, we are now looking to recruit a Corporate Services Manager to join our team based in Northampton. The role will be responsible for effectively managing the performance, people and processes within a department (circa 40 FTE) that ensures our portfolio of corporate customers receive exceptional customer service. This department is vital in providing a smooth on-boarding process to our corporate accounts at the start of the customer journey as well as hands on account management throughout the duration of their contract to maximise retention rates.

As the Corporate Services Manager your key responsibilities will include;

- Setting, cascading and delivering realistic business-focussed department targets in line with the overall business objectives
- Regularly reviewing department KPIs to deliver improvements to the business performance and customer experience
- Leading and coaching the Team Leaders to implement consistent management methods, identifying skills gaps and the training needs within the department
- Responding to any escalated complaints, professionally and within agreed timescales

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and motivating within a customer-focussed environment with the ability to set and cascade strategic objectives. Any experience working alongside or within large corporate companies would be an advantage. An analytical individual, you will be comfortable reviewing data and using the results to amend processes to increase efficiencies and the level of our service. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to develop relationships across the business with a variety of stakeholders.
